The word on the street was that the newly reformulated Chex were coming in June 2009, Corn and Honey Nut flavors joining Gluten-Free Rice Chex. Much to my surprise I saw Gluten-Free Corn Chex last night at the corner market! (The Inman Square Supermarket to be exact. They are home to the hands-down nicest, most friendly staff ever.)
I have visions of weekend Chex Mix dancing through my head!
