Udi's bagels

The bar has been raised. I just had an Udi's plain gluten free bagel and am wowed. I am posting to resist consuming the three remaining in the package. Light, a little chewy, toasts well and tastes damn close to the original. SO GOOD

  1. Thanks for the info - I saw them in Whole Foods today and was tempted, but thought they looked too bready (if that makes sense). I'll have to give them a try. I really like Udi's granola - the first oat-based granola I've found in stores that uses GF oats.
