Gluten Free Travel

Traveling gluten-free in a gluten-filled world can be tricky. Where are your favorite spots? Where have you had excellent options and service? Where would you like to go or go again?

  1. The Jersey Shore never disappoints me with its gluten-free offerings. Pizza shops line the boardwalk, and loads of them have gluten-free pies or slices! I can't remember any off the top of my head, but I know there are several gf pizzerias in Belmar, NJ. Also, bakeries down the Shore tend to be ambitious and competitive. (I mean, they have LATE-NIGHT bakeries...wrap your head around the awesomeness of that concept.) They're eager to cater to the gf crowd. I've had scores of delicious macaroons and almond cookies in Belmar, Ocean Grove, and Asbury Park.

  3. Having just returned from weekend in Prague would love to go back and try more of the menu at Na Zlaté křižovatce, 100% Gluten Free restaurant!
